Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that certain items, such as custom-made rugs, are not eligible for returns unless they have manufacturing defects.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges and Replacements

If you need to exchange an item for the same product due to defects or damages, please send us an email at support@ktrugs.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back. Upon receiving the item, we will ship out a replacement at no additional cost to you.
